Liberty Gym Albuquerque

Are you a veteran weight lifter? Are you a beginner? These are a couple examples of the common questions that come to mind when searching for a gym. It is not surprising to hear that this is a nerve racking process. One of the things that may go through a veterans mind is the thought of the equipment present in the gym. How is it? When coming from the perspective of someone who is beginning, who are the type of people may be the more common question.

One of the main fears when looking for a new gym is the fact that you do not want to be judged. The type of people that attend a gym may have a large impact on whether or not you would even like the gym. The list could continue for pages of all the factors that someone could be looking for in the gym, but this will just go to show an experience in which will help decide if it is the atmosphere you wish to be in on a daily basis.
This gym is called Liberty Gym. It was founded in 1988 in Albuquerque New Mexico. When typed in the internet the website will pop up, and net to the name it will state "Home of the serious workout". It without a doubt lives to this title. It is located off of Menaul and Washington. This is not the typical gym like Defined Fitness or Planet Fitness. This is a gym that from the looks of the interior is set up for the body builder type. I arrive to the gym at approximately 8:00 a.m. There is not many people in the parking lot due to the fact this is a time where the gyms is not very packed. Due to the fact I go to the gym an approximately the same time every day, most of the same people go at the same time. When I arrive at the gym the common expectations is there to find something simple as parking. There are plenty of spots in the parking lot making it easily accessible. The next thing I do is go to the bathroom to put my headphones in and prepare for training. As you walk in the door they are wide open welcoming every member. To your left there is a computer where you type in your member code. If you look forward there is a staircase in which leads you to the upstairs area where the manager at the time is. When you enter the room it is filled with gym gear as well as supplements to help your workout goals. To the left there is the desk where the workers are. Before you enter the bathroom downstairs there is a wall which contains the pictures of all the trainers at the gym. There are
male and female trainers to suite the wants of the people. Each of the trainers has different specialties in order to ensure they can fulfill what you are looking for. The bathroom is a good size and is not crowded making things uncomfortable to be there. The next thing I do is search for the proper equipment for me to use. On this particular day I will be working on my chest. The first thing I look for is the type of equipment they have. There is a combination of free weight and machines. This is one positive in the gym due to the fact there is a variety of things available to use. The one thing I did notice was there is only one incline free weight bench press machine. This can be complicated at times due to the fact you may find yourself waiting at times when it is taken up. The first thing I use is the dumbbells. They range from 2.5 pounds up to 120 pounds. I begin with the dumbbells to warm up. Once I finish my sets I begin to look for a barbell style bench, as I make my way through the gym it is easily accessible and not crowded. I was able to find a bench and continue my workout.
This gym has an excellent variety of weight due to the fact it is not likely the person will run out of heavy weight to use during their time at the gym. There is good music playing in the background, and it is not too loud to where it is obnoxious. It does not smell bad of sweat and so forth, and the temperature is well-kept. Other things I do at the gym include a couple of machines as well as the free weight. All in all the gym reached a quality review. I am familiar with the gym due to the fact I go there, but I have gone to numerous amounts of other gyms. Throughout my experience at the gym it was very comfortable. All of the trainers continually say hello to members and maintain a great attitude about themselves. Even if the people do not know you they treat you with respect. This is displayed through their talk and through their actions.
Now more details involving the gym that may be important to others could go on. For starters there are different options for paying for a membership. One of the options is a monthly payment of $25. One of the other methods includes a $99 dollar payment for a four month membership. Things that are beneficial to the people are things such as great trainers. I am friends with some of the trainers and they are always willing to answer questions and help.
Personal training costs extra, although I am not too familiar with the exact prices do to the fact each trainer asks for a different price. I have trained clients myself and this is one atmosphere I would absolutely recommend to my clients. In one area, the bathroom, there are lockers that can be rented to put your stuff in, they are a good size, and there are showers that are accessible for all to use. There are water fountains in the gym just in case you do not have any. When entering the doors, to the right there are numerous treadmills, stair masters, and bikes for those who seek a cardio workout. My review of this gym is superb. This is not only because I have been attending this gym for a while now, but because I have experience plenty of gyms. The atmosphere of the gym is unlike any other. There is a sort of family vibe the people give off. Most people know each other there which makes it seem to be going to a place where you will be training with friends and good people. That is not something you will find at the local Defined Fitness or Planet Fitness.
